- Responsible for Talent Acquisition handling complete hiring and creating pipeline for succession planning.
- Sourcing candidates from various sources across functional domains.
- Responsible for on boarding process for new recruits and MIS tracker.
- Responsible for making Job Descriptions and updating the same according to the need of business via job analysis.
- Responsible for stakeholder management, understanding the needs of hiring manager and providing the right candidate within TAT.
- Responsible for other HR activities like providing assistance in training, conducting employee engagement activities company wide.
- Identifying the needs of trainings and conducting the trainers.
